Peter is a NZ born chef with over 25 years experience. He has worked and travelled extensively abroad and his international experience has played an important role in infusing Modern NZ dishes with international flavours. Peter is passionate about food and the key to his renowned success together with his exceptional skill in creating extraordinary dishes with simple flavours, is making use of superior local produce and prime ingredients.
